Trevor Smith BSc, MSc
Trevor is a co-founder and Director of the Centre for Partnership.Â He is also Director of Sutton Smith Limited, a consultancy which specialises in enhancing organisational performance through the fulfilment of workforce potential.
As a senior consultant, he has considerable experience in helping organisations achieve transformational change.Â His track record includes working with chairs, chief executives and directors of organisations in housing, healthcare and government sectors.Â His assignments involve achieving change in both governance and executive structures as well as the formation of partnerships of strategic importance.
Trevorâ€™s major interest is leadership development. He has designed innovative solutions to help organisations identify and develop effective leaders, who contribute significantly to achieving cultural change.
Shiela Warren BA (hons), Chartered FCIPD
An experienced Consultant, Trainer, Adviser and Assessor, Sheilaâ€™s particular interest and expertise is in The Partnership Standard. Following a senior management career in industry, Sheila has worked extensively across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She particularly relishes the challenge of supporting cross-sector partnerships and is noted for her constructive, no-nonsense approach to problem solving.
Sheila is also licensed as an Assessor for the Investors in People Standard and as suchÂ she has assessed a wide range of organisations in the UK and in Italy. Her other principal interests are employment law and workplace mediation. Â She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a Member of the Employment Tribunals.
Ingrid Dzerins BSc (Hons)
Ingrid is a specialist in Governance with 20 yearsâ€™ experience working in different parts of the housing sector.Â Ingrid has worked at a senior level for a large housing association supporting its group governance structure with responsibility for regulation and board member recruitment, training and development and has worked closely with chief executives and company secretaries.Â She also has extensive experience in governance reviews, research, policy development, equality and diversity and audit inspections.
Ingrid has a particular interest in Board development and her strengths lie in helping boards to assess their own strengths and weaknesses and encouraging the adoption of best practice.Â Ingrid is a member of the National Association of Governance Officers.
Amanda Livermore, FdSc, Chartered MCIPD
Amanda is a specialist in people management and development, with 20 years experience in leading private and charity sector organisations.Â Amanda has worked as a senior manager and business partner within corporate HR functions forÂ 10 years, developing and communicating HR strategy and policy, providing legislative expertise and mediation, and holding day-to-day responsibility for professional teams within HR and Learning and Development.Â
Amandaâ€™s strength lies in achieving a balance between the complexities of employment legislation and the practicalities of its application in business strategy and operations.Â Amanda is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
Greg Robinson BSc (Econ) Hons, FCCA
Greg is a senior executive with a background in finance and asset management.Â He has extensive experience of leading large operational, technical and professional teams and has held senior positions in both local government and the housing sector.Â Â
Greg has a special interest in system analysis and process review. His strengths lie in his ability to balance this with a real understanding of both the operational challenges of service delivery and the human dimension of organisational performance.
